A Metro Nashville Pilot Program

The Eviction Right to Counsel (ERTC) program is a new initiative that provides free legal services and education to low-income residents of Metro Nashville who are facing eviction. Free services include legal advice and advocacy, landlord-tenant mediation, and full representation in court. The ERTC program is a two-year pilot program funded by the Metro Nashville City Council, and is a collaboration between Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, Conexión Américas, the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association, and NCRC.
