            Mediation Fees

            There is no fee for Victim Offender mediation cases that are referred by the District Attorney's office, civil mediation cases in General Sessions Civil Court, and other cases that fall within designated programs. 

            Sliding scale fees apply to all other mediation requests made by individuals or groups.  NCRC charges two fees for service: an admistrative fee and a mediator fee.  The mediator fee is an hourly fee paid by each party to the mediator(s) handling the case, and the administrative fee is a flat-rate fee paid by each party to NCRC.  The fee scales are based on household income and household size.  To download the NCRC fee scales:

            0 - $80  per party per hour             (price determined by income level & household size)

            Sliding Scale Administrative Fee
            $5 - $40 flat fee per party             (price determined by income level & household size)
