            Mediation Fees

            Mediation is free for Victim Offender cases that are referred to NCRC through the District Attorney, General Sessions Civil mediation cases, and cases that fall within designated community programs. 

            Sliding-scale fees may apply to individual requests & other programs.  NCRC charges parties a Mediator fee and an Administrative fee.  The Mediator fee is an hourly fee that goes directly to the mediator handling your case, and the Administrative fee is a flat rate fee to NCRC.  Click on the links below to download the fee scales:

            Sliding Scale Mediator Fee
            0 - $80 per hour per party             (price determined by income level)

            Sliding Scale Administrative Fee
            $5 - $40 flat fee per party             (price determined by income level)
