            Mediation Fees

            There is no fee for Victim Offender mediation cases that are referred by the District Attorney's office, civil mediation cases in General Sessions Civil Court, cases refered by the Juvenile Court, or other cases that fall within designated programs. 

            Sliding scale fees apply to all other mediation requests made by individuals or groups.  NCRC charges a mediation fee to each party, based upon household income.  For specifics, please download the 2012 NCRC Fee Scale here.
